Refund policy
JRDG Towing & Trucking Supplies is operated by JR DG Towing Products, LLC. If something is wrong with your order, call us at (682) 321-6227 or (469) 508-3952 before you send anything back. We'll tell you the fastest way to fix it.
Return window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return.
What we accept back
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Sale items can be returned the same as anything else.
How to start a return
- Call (682) 321-6227 or email contactjrdgtts@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to send back.
- Once we approve the return, we'll email you a free return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the items in their original packaging and ship them to:

We can't accept items sent back without an approved return request.
Free return shipping, no restocking fee
We pay for return shipping on every approved return from a US address, and we don't charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are for the full amount you paid, including shipping, and go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund, call or email us.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay to send anything back.
Items we can't take back
- Custom straps and anything else built to your specs, unless it arrives damaged, defective or doesn't match the specs on your order
- Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids and gases
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different length, size or part is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the one you need. Not sure what fits? Call us first and we'll help you pick the right one.
